Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Options after reinstalling or when using another Apple device. A restored purchase unlocks the full game; it cannot restore a career that was deleted with the app.
Ask to Buy
If Apple shows the purchase as awaiting approval, the game keeps your career safe. You can use Check Purchase Status while waiting. If the request is declined or expires, the purchase option becomes available again after the pending period ends.
When contacting support
Please include the app version and build number, your device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send payment-card information. If your question concerns analytics deletion, include the Analytics ID shown in Options.
